How We Help

YOUR GUIDE TO SEAMLESS SENIOR PLACEMENT

At Next Steps Senior Placement, we believe that taking care of the senior in your life is a privilege, but we also recognize that it is a challenge that can feel isolating.

We do not want to make things harder on you. Our seamless process allows the Next Steps Senior Placement team to walk alongside you. We provide comfort and educate you on the possibilities for your loved one.

Our team of dedicated professionals utilizes empathy and expertise to guide your loved one, your family, and you to the best placement possible.

 WE CONNECT

Your process with our team begins with contact from you and is followed closely by our in-depth intake process. We discuss your loved one's care needs, ideal location, and your financial situation regarding care.

WE CONSULT

We will reach out to communities that fit your checklist and gather information on availability and pricing. Then, we will use that information to direct you to potential communities online. We will set up the tours for you, join you on them, and help advocate for you and your loved one during them by asking questions and making a thorough pros and cons list.

Once you have all the information you need, we help you process your options so you can make an educated decision on behalf of your loved one.

WE CONTINUE TO CARE

At Next Steps Senior Placement, you become an extension of our family. We provide resources through the move-in process. When you need support, we are in your corner. We continue checking on your loved one long after they have moved into their new living arrangements. We offer routine check-ins to make sure needs are met as health conditions alter.

You do not have to search for a community alone.

We continue to offer support through our Facebook group, The Aging Parent Tribe.

You need help caring for a loved one before you realize you need help caring for a loved one. That’s just how it is. Once you realize you need help, turn here. I received expert guidance, conversational knowledge to get my bearings and such warm support. It’s never too early to educate yourself on what’s best for your loved one and for you as a caretaker.
